This HomeLink radio receiver transmitter kit can be added to any garage door opener and will make any garage door opener HomeLink compatible. Remote controls built in to late model cars and trucks can be programmed to work with this receiver once it is installed. Also used as a replacement for garage door openers with radio receivers that no longer function properly or in situations where the manufacturer has quit making replacement remote controls.

The kit comes with one reciever and one remote control. This is necessary for you to program the HomeLink receiver. Your old remote controls will continue to work also.

 

The kit is easy to install - the only tool required is a screwdriver

consumer The device was easy to install and worked right out of the box. Unfortunately, I was unable to connect to the HomeLink in my car (2011 Audi A4) with the receiver.
