During the first 30 days after your purchase, defective parts are exchanged and we pay the shipping for the exchange.
After 30 days, defective parts will be exchanged during the manufacturer warranty period (generally 1 year...see product page). All you will need to pay for is shipping.
Conditions:
- Part must have been purchased from us.
- Part must still be under the manufacturer warranty period.
- Part must not be a closeout item...as noted on the product page.
Request a return and enter as the reason for the return "Exchange - Item is defective - warranty".
We will issue you a RMA number with instructions on returning.
When we receive the part we will contact you on how to pay for the shipping of the replacement part.
